Your Role and Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who:

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:
✔ Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
✔ Draft and publish job postings on the company website, social networks, and job platforms
✔ Perform initial resume screening and coordinate interviews with candidates
✔ Coordinate induction and onboarding plans for new hires, ensuring quality and consistency
✔ Maintain constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Knowledge

🔹 Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
🔹 Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar position.
🔹 Ability for sound judgment and decision-making.
🔹 Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
🔹 Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
🔹 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
🔹 Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams)
🔹 Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR is an advantage
🔹 High level of professionalism and organizational skills
🔹 Presentation skills
