To support its growing multi-company operating model, QUALCO selected DIS to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple companies and business environments. As part of the same transformation initiative, DIS also implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for UNIKO, Greece’s first fully integrated digital real estate marketplace and a joint initiative of the National Bank of Greece and the QUALCO Group, delivering a modern ERP platform to support its financial and commercial operations.
The projects covered the implementation of Financial Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Sales, Banking, Payments, Treasury, Inventory Management, myDATA, Approval Workflows and integrations with external business applications. DIS delivered an end-to-end implementation approach that included Fit/Gap assessment, solution design, environment configuration, custom development, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, Go-Live and production support, while also managing multi-company deployments and critical enterprise integrations.
