DIS – Dynamic Integrated Solutions announces its collaboration with Galenica, one of Greece’s leading pharmaceutical companies, to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, creating a unified digital platform that supports the company’s financial, supply chain, and production operations.

With a history dating back to 1974, more than 300 employees, over 20 international partners, and a presence across more than 16 therapeutic areas, Galenica has established a strong position in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. Operating two manufacturing facilities in Chalkida and Kryoneri, the company requires high levels of accuracy, control, traceability, and compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.

A Unified Platform for Complex Business Needs

As part of the project, DIS implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, integrating critical business processes into a modern ERP environment. The solution strengthens connectivity across Finance, Supply Chain, and Production, providing greater visibility into business data and enabling more effective coordination of operations.

In parallel, the implementation of advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities enhances warehouse and inventory management, improving control over warehouse processes and product movements.

Particular emphasis is placed on strengthening traceability throughout the production cycle, from raw materials to finished pharmaceutical products. This digital platform supports the industry’s demanding requirements for reliability, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

Digital Foundations for Future Growth

The new platform provides Galenica with a unified and scalable digital foundation, improving data reliability, operational control, and the efficiency of day-to-day processes. At the same time, it supports the company’s continued development, offering the flexibility required to adapt to the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical market.

The collaboration with Galenica further demonstrates DIS’s expertise in delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for businesses with demanding operational and regulatory requirements, contributing to the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical sector.
