Types of Personal Data and Purpose of Processing by DIS
D.I.S. – Dynamic Integrated Solutions S.A. (DIS) collects your personal data only if you choose to provide it and processes it for advertising and communication purposes, such as sending newsletters and updates. The data we collect includes contact information such as your full name and email address.
Legal Bases for the Use of Your Personal Data
We collect and use your personal data only in one of the following cases:
- Your consent: you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting DIS at info@dis.com.gr
- Performance of a contract: this applies when the processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations arising from a contract
- Legal obligation: this applies when we are required to process your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, such as maintaining records for tax purposes or providing information to a public authority or law enforcement agency.
Automatic Collection of Personal Data
DIS uses Google Analytics. In order to provide website visitors with more choices regarding how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google has developed the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that information about the website visit should not be sent to Google Analytics.
Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data
We do not share personal data with third parties that are not affiliated with us unless this is required for our legitimate professional and business needs, in order to respond to your requests, and/or where required or permitted by law or professional standards.
This includes:
- Our service providers: DIS works with reputable partners, service providers, and organizations that may process your personal data on our behalf. DIS transfers personal data to them only when they meet our strict data processing and security standards. We disclose only the personal data necessary for them to provide their services.
- Courts, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory authorities: DIS may disclose personal data in order to respond to requests from courts, judicial authorities, governmental or law enforcement agencies where required or where it is appropriate to comply with applicable laws, judicial decisions, regulations, rules, or orders.
- Audits: disclosures of personal data may also be required for audits related to data protection and security and/or for investigations or responses to complaints or security threats.

Data Breaches
We will report any unlawful data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it if it is evident that personal data stored in an identifiable form has been stolen.

Data Retention Period
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the various purposes set out in this policy or in order to comply with other applicable laws and regulations concerning the mandatory retention of certain types of information.
